summercamp at exile gallery berlin

Billy Miller curated these 2 exhibitions concurrently at exile gallery in berlin this summer. it was quite a curatorial (but cooperative) project...64 artists in a terrific but modest berlin gallery...with some many artists and so much work the show became a work itself.

my contribution is the 'oh god!..." work which refers to the sf quake of '88 and yoked to my general anxiety about everything post 1983...it's not a collage and not being a collage is a little part of the subject.

the shows have been demounted and it seems like the northern summer is over..good news for us southern hemis.
